Service scope
AgentPie helps creators publish public cards, Skill pages, reference links, package metadata, usage instructions, lightweight analytics, and support workflows.
Skills are submitted, updated, and maintained by their creators. AgentPie provides hosting, display, access control, and distribution infrastructure, but does not guarantee that every Skill will work with every agent, model provider, browser, command-line tool, or third-party platform.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your account, sign-in method, verification codes, access tokens, and devices secure.
If you believe your account, creator card, Skill, package, or runtime access has been modified without authorization, contact support promptly.
Creator content and Skills
You must not upload, publish, distribute, or link to unlawful, infringing, deceptive, malicious, privacy-invasive, unsafe, or platform-abusive content.
You are responsible for the materials you publish, including profile information, links, images, videos, examples, Skill descriptions, package metadata, and usage instructions.
AgentPie may remove, hide, limit, or suspend content when required for safety, legal compliance, user reports, platform policy, or operational reasons.
Third-party agents and services
Skills may be used with third-party agents, model providers, browsers, command-line tools, automation systems, or external platforms. Those services are operated by their respective providers.
Before using a Skill with an agent, review its scope, permissions, data flow, external dependencies, and safety requirements.
Payments and paid Skills
Some Skills may require payment before access is granted. Paid access is tied to the purchased Skill and remains valid for future creator updates unless the listing terms state otherwise.
Payment processors, including Stripe or other regional providers, may process payment information under their own terms and policies.
Analytics and commercialization
AgentPie may collect visits, clicks, installs, calls, completions, failures, source platforms, usage contexts, and similar operational signals to provide analytics, improve product quality, and protect the service.
If AgentPie introduces new advertising, recommendation, revenue-share, or marketplace features, we may update product notices or these Terms.
Account deletion
You may request account deletion from the app or by contacting support. Deletion may remove or anonymize your account, creator card, Skills, uploaded files, chats, connections, sessions, and related analytics.
Deletion is irreversible. Some records may be retained for legal compliance, dispute handling, security auditing, fraud prevention, or backup recovery for a limited period.
